Privacy policy

Data we process: the data you give us in the forms (name, phone, e-mail, language and message), the property you ask about and, based on it, the kind of property you are looking for (buy or rent, type, town, bedrooms and indicative price).
Purposes:
- To handle your request and contact you about it.
- Only if you tick the box: to e-mail you alerts about new properties similar to what you are looking for.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) to handle your request, and your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the alerts. Consent to the alerts is optional and you can withdraw it at any time with the "Unsubscribe" link in every e-mail or by writing to us.
Retention: the data of your request are kept for as long as needed to handle it and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. The data used for alerts are kept until you unsubscribe or, at most, two years after your last contact with us.
Recipients: your data are not shared with third parties, except where required by law or with your consent (for example, with the property owner or the notary). Data are stored on the servers of our web hosting provider in the European Union, acting as data processor.
Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@dulcecasa.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Terms and conditions of use
Use of the site. Access to this website is free of charge and implies acceptance of these terms. You agree to use the site and its forms properly, lawfully and in good faith.
Property information. Descriptions, areas, photos and prices are given for guidance only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Properties may no longer be available and prices may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes or purchase or rental costs. The terms of each transaction are those agreed in writing.
Intellectual property. The texts, photos, logos and design of this site belong to DULCE CASA TENERIFE S.L. or to their rightful owners. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Liability. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is always available. Links to third-party services (maps, WhatsApp, virtual tours) are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. This site only uses technical cookies that it needs to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so your consent is not required (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).

Statistics. We count visits with our own cookieless system: we store the page viewed, the language, the type of device and the referring website. We do not store your IP address or any data that could identify you, and the data never leave our server.
Third-party services. The property map is provided by OpenStreetMap, and its components are loaded from unpkg.com. To show them, these services receive your IP address, but they do not set cookies. Some listings include a virtual tour from an external provider, which may use its own cookies. The WhatsApp button takes you to wa.me, which applies its own policy.
How to disable them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but it will not remember your language.
